I was reading this article on the low histamine chef , describing her symptoms vs Mastocystosis Canada commonly reported signs and symptoms.. and it felt like i my own diary .. all the things i have experienced the past 2 years ,,, such a revelation!!!(ok not in such a severe extent all of them, but still)

MY SYMPTOMS
